GENERAL PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between:

• Photographer: Valeriia Vavilova (“Photographer”)

• Client: (“Client”)

By booking a session with the Photographer, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services as per the session type selected by the Client. Services include:

• A photography session at an agreed location and date.

• Professional editing of selected images.

• Digital delivery of final images within the standard turnaround time.

2. PAYMENT & FEES

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session date.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.

• No images will be delivered until full payment is received.

3. USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING

• Personal Use: The Client receives personal usage rights for the delivered images. This includes printing, sharing with friends and family, and posting on social media with credit to the Photographer.

• Commercial Use: If the images are to be used for business, branding, marketing, or website purposes, a separate commercial licensing fee will apply. The Client must notify the Photographer in advance if the images will be used commercially.

• Copyright: All images remain the property of the Photographer. The Client may not alter, edit, sell, or claim ownership of the images.

• Editing/Manipulation of Images: The Client agrees not to alter, edit, crop, or modify the images in any way. All images delivered to the Client will be the final edited versions provided by the Photographer.

4. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

• If the Client needs to reschedule, they must notify the Photographer at least 2 days in advance.

• Sessions rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be moved to the next available date.

• If the Client cancels the session, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. MODEL RELEASE & IMAGE USAGE

• By booking a session, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, social media, websites, and print materials.

• The Client agrees that the Photographer may use their images for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

• The Photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.

• The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or loss that may occur during the session.

• The Client agrees to release the Photographer from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise as a result of participating in the session.

7. USE OF IMAGES FOR ADVERTISING & PROMOTION

• The Client acknowledges that the Photographer has the right to use their images in advertising, on exhibitions, and for marketing purposes both online and offline, including but not limited to social media, websites, blogs, and printed materials.

• The Client grants the Photographer permission to use their images for the purpose of advertising, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

By proceeding with the booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement, including consent for image processing and editing at the Photographer’s discretion, and that they will not alter, edit, or manipulate the images in any way.
